Introduction

Connor advises private equity clients, portfolio companies, and public and private companies on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, carve-outs, and other complex corporate transactions.

Connor Sletten guides clients through all stages of the transaction life cycle, from letters of intent and definitive transaction documentation to closing and post-closing matters. He drafts and negotiates a wide range of transaction agreements, including asset and equity purchase agreements, rollover agreements, equity investment documents, operating agreements, partnership agreements, and nondisclosure agreements.

In addition to his transactional practice, Connor provides corporate counseling on corporate governance and employment matters, including entity formation, equity investments, commercial contracts, lease agreements, employment agreements, employee incentive plans, and termination and severance agreements.
