Con acts for local and offshore fund managers, trustees and other industry participants on all aspects of financial services regulation including licensing, regulation of foreign providers in Australia, establishment of funds, fund raising, investment management agreements, regulatory and compliance matters involving ASIC, and APRA regulation.

Con advises on the structuring of all forms of managed funds, including property and infrastructure funds, separately managed accounts, platforms and private equity funds, and drafting documentation for the establishment and management of registered and unregistered managed investment schemes. Con also advises on disclosure requirements for retail and wholesale offerings in due diligence investigations and assists with asset acquisitions, management and sales.
