Introduction
Cole is an associate in the Commercial Litigation practice at Ashurst Perkins Coie.
Cole Cribari handles complex civil litigation disputes at all stages in the litigation lifecycle, with a large focus on arbitration. Much of his practice involves contract claims and business torts, spanning jurisdictions across the United States. Cole works in a wide variety of industries, including app-based technology gig work, renewable energy, and software development.
Cole also gained experience working on technology-related matters as a law clerk with the firm’s Technology Transactions & Privacy Law practice in 2022. As a former financial technology consultant, Cole applies his industry knowledge to quickly understand the variety of issues facing modern businesses.
