Christy Li has extensive experience advising on initial public offerings, privatisation and post-listing compliance matters for issuers listed or to be listed on Hong Kong Stock Exchange, as well as private equity, mergers and acquisitions, pre-IPO financings and other corporate matters. Her recent experience includes transactions for companies in the consumer & retail, healthcare, education, technology, financial services, as well as for investment funds. 

Christy is admitted in Hong Kong. She is a native speaker of Mandarin, and is fluent in English and Cantonese.
