Introduction
Chris assists companies with international business activities, such as M&A, business structuring, sales and distribution, and IP matters.
Christopher Stanton focuses on complex technology transactions, IP development, protection and licensing, M&A, business entity formation, and financing and governance for public and private companies. He has assisted clients in navigatinga wide range of federal and state regulatory issues, including those pertaining to public companies, financing and securities, mobile telecommunications, financial services, privacy, data security, and online games.
Chris began his legal career in private practice, including several years as a lawyer with Ashurst Perkins Coie. Most recently, he has served as general counsel for various public companies in the technology industries, including enterprise software and mobile telecommunications services.
