Chris leverages over 30 years' legal experience to design cost-efficient solutions and transform legal service delivery.
Ashurst Perkins Coie Advance is the firm's award-winning and full-service NewLaw offering, working seamlessly with the firm's legal and consulting teams to deliver innovative and integrated legal and business solutions across five core NewLaw capabilities: Advanced Delivery, Legal Managed Services, Digital, Legal Operations and Flexible Resourcing.
With over 30 years' experience in the legal sector, both in private practice and in-house, Chris Georgiou has a deep understanding of clients' changing needs, and the business priorities and constraints of in-house legal functions. He works with clients to design cost-efficient legal services and solutions and to help them continuously enhance their legal operations. Chris also champions the transformation of legal services at Ashurst Perkins Coie in order to improve the client and lawyer experience while lowering delivery costs.
Chris was formerly global head of the firm’s securities and derivatives practice and co-head of the firm’s bank sector, and he founded the firm’s derivatives practice.
Chris won the Intrapreneur award at the FT Innovative Lawyers Europe awards in 2022.
