Christine advises clients on complex corporate matters.
Christine Biebel focuses on public finance, healthcare, banking, and other general corporate matters. She represents banks, hospital systems, colleges and universities, municipalities, social service agencies, and other 501(c)(3) organizations. Christine is involved in financings throughout the United States and the District of Columbia.
She also provides guidance to 501(c)(3) organizations regarding tax compliance issues, particularly the monitoring of private business use.
