Overview
Introduction
Chini assists clients by reviewing documents and preparing analyses on various matters, including internal investigations, contractual arbitrations, real estate condemnations, political law, and patent litigation.
Utilizing his previous experience in-house in a corporate law department, Chini Lin brings his knowledge to document review projects involving financial regulatory matters, such as Financial Industry Regulatory Authority matters and Foreign Corrupt Practices Act investigations.
Chini is also a member of the firm’s Trial Support Services team, where he assists with mock trials and trials. In this capacity, he provides witness preparation support, helping witnesses understand and become comfortable with how documentary evidence and demonstratives will be presented in the courtroom during their testimony. Chini is also knowledgeable about various trial technologies and prepares case teams to employ technology during trial.
Fluent in Mandarin Chinese, Chini has assisted on various foreign language matters.
