Charlie Reid is a partner, who focuses on planning, based in the London Real Estate team.

Charlie covers all aspects of planning law, including CPO, advising public and private sector clients. As well as supporting the team's core Real Estate offering, Charlie has built strong Energy Transition, Infrastructure and Digital practices, advising on a number of First of a Kind projects that are driving the decarbonization and digitalization agendas. For Charlie, the norm is to work in a highly integrated way with real estate, commercial and finance colleagues to provide commercially astute advice that moves projects and transactions forwards. Charlie also advises on public law matters including Freedom of Information.
