Introduction

A highly regarded investment management lawyer, Carl Frischling represented leaders in the financial services industry on laws and regulations pertaining to financial services, investment companies, and mutual funds. Prior to his retirement, his clients included independent trustees and directors, investment advisers, and investment companies. 

Carl is a director emeritus and original director of the Mutual Fund Directors Forum. He currently serves on the advisory board of BoardIQ and the editorial board of Money Management Executive. He also serves as an advisory board member of Columbia University Medical Center.
