Camilla Clemente is a partner in our restructuring, insolvency and special situations practice

Camilla advises on all aspects of restructuring and insolvency, with particular expertise in schemes of arrangement, receivership, voluntary administration, deeds of company arrangement and liquidation. Camilla acts for corporate clients, directors, banks and insolvency practitioners on restructuring and insolvency matters and banking, security and insolvency-related litigation. She recently advised Atlas Iron Limited in relation to its restructuring and the implementation of a scheme of arrangement.

Camilla is also an active member of the Women's Insolvency Network Australia Committee.
