Introduction

Bryce’s practice is focused on corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and corporate governance.

Bryce Bailey assists clients with complex corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, asset acquisitions, dispositions, corporate finance, and corporate structuring. Bryce represents and advises traditional private equity funds, strategic acquirers, search funds, and fund-less sponsors across a variety of industries, including manufacturing, software and technology, and healthcare. He frequently assists clients and their portfolio companies with corporate governance matters, financings, and regulatory compliance matters. 

In addition to his M&A practice, Bryce has experience advising clients with respect to commercial real estate transactions. He has represented a broad range of clients, including real estate investment companies and other institutional investors in the acquisition, disposition, and financing of real estate properties of all types.
