Introduction

Bruce is an experienced corporate transactions partner with a focus on complex M&A and capital markets matters.

Bruce has advised on some of Australia's most significant and innovative transactions. In doing so, he regularly liaises with regulatory authorities including the Australian Securities & Investments Commission and the Australian Securities Exchange. Bruce is a member of the Foreign Investment Committee of the Business Law Council, which is FIRB’s ministerially approved consultation body.

Bruce has advised clients in a wide range of sectors, including healthcare, telecommunications and insurance on capital markets activity (including initial public offerings, secondary raisings, buy-backs and capital reductions), regulated M&A (including bids and schemes of arrangements) and private M&A. His clients include various major Australian listed corporations and international funds.

Bruce is skilled at advising clients in a manner that makes even complex legal advice easily accessible and is recognized for his ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.
