Briony Holcombe advises financial institutions, funds and corporate borrowers on acquisition and event driven financings (both public and private), corporate mid-market, cross over credit and investment grade facilities, fund financing transactions (including subscription/capital call facilities, NAV, portfolio and GP/management facilities) and other secured and unsecured lending transactions in both the domestic and international arena.
