Briana Loughlin Johnson represents individuals and corporate fiduciaries in probate and fiduciary litigation, including will contests, breach of fiduciary duty suits, and receivership proceedings.
In her tax matters practice, Briana counsels clients on IRS examinations, appeals, and trials related to gift, estate, and generation-skipping transfer tax matters. She also has experience drafting and arguing pleadings, motions, and discovery in state and federal court.
