Brennan Power advises private and public companies, private equity sponsors, strategic acquirers, and senior management on complex corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, recapitalizations, and growth equity financings. His experience spans a range of industries, such as technology, life sciences, financial services, industrials, and cybersecurity. 

Prior to joining the firm, Brennan represented clients in complex buy- and sell-side transactions involving both equity and asset deals, as well as venture capital financings. He regularly serves as lead associate on matters for private equity sponsors, strategic buyers, and founder-led and venture-backed companies.[show-more]

Brennan manages transaction workstreams from diligence through closing, including drafting and negotiating purchase agreements, rollover and management arrangements, escrow agreements, and other key ancillary documents. He also leads diligence and disclosure processes and advises clients on corporate governance, board and shareholder approvals, and transaction structuring, such as matters involving complex capital structures.
