With a background in finance, Bradley offers clients pragmatic counsel during out-of-court workouts and insolvency proceedings.
As firmwide chair of the Bankruptcy & Restructuring practice, Bradley A. Cosman counsels stakeholders in all aspects of restructuring, bankruptcy, and insolvency. Bradley draws on his years as a financial consultant with FTI Consulting to implement results-oriented strategies in the context of financial distress.
Bradley is a Certified Insolvency and Restructuring Advisor and represents the full spectrum of stakeholders in corporate insolvency matters, including privately held companies, private equity sponsors, liquidating trustees, and committees of unsecured creditors. His practice also includes advising clients on nondistressed transactional matters and strategic business planning.
Bradley previously served as chair of the Bankruptcy Section of the State Bar of Arizona, as well as a Ninth Circuit Lawyer Representative for the District of Arizona.
