Ben is a Risk Advisory partner in Ashurst Perkins Coie's Projects, Energy, Environment and Resources practice, supporting clients on city-shaping infrastructure, energy and urban development projects. Ben has over 18 years’ experience delivering complex, large‑scale property and infrastructure transactions across many industries.

As a former public sector senior executive and experienced commercial and financial adviser, he is knowledgeable in government procurement, value for money assessment, and market‑led commercial proposals to government and integrates seamlessly with our legal teams to provide strategic, outcome‑focused commercial advice.

Ben has advised or led some of Australia’s most-significant infrastructure and property programs, combining rigorous commercial structuring with pragmatic delivery support, from strategy and feasibility through to negotiation and execution.
