Introduction
Tony is a senior discovery consultant and leader in the firm's NewLaw practice, offering tailored e-discovery and litigation technology solutions.
Anthony Baskin has cutting-edge knowledge of e-discovery and other litigation technology. He has experience consulting on projects across a variety of the firm's practice areas, as well as many other non-litigation areas involving data review and analysis by and for lawyers.
Prior to joining Ashurst Perkins Coie, Tony worked at e-discovery software company DISCO, where he helped create the current NewLaw DISCO offering. He now leads the firm's NewLaw team, helping lawyers and paralegals use DISCO creatively and effectively. Additionally, Tony was instrumental in bringing data forensics in-house and advises on budget-conscious solutions, using litigation software to create case-tailored tools and workflows.
In prior roles as a litigation associate and technology project manager at non-law firm vendors, Tony managed dozens of large review teams, making him well-suited to assist with all types of e-discovery projects, from data retention and processing to review and trial preparation.
