Anne Wicks advises national oil companies, governmental procurers, sponsors, developers, and lenders on complex, large‑scale transactions across the global energy and infrastructure sectors. She has over 10 years of experience in the Middle East, where she focuses on project development, corporate, and project finance transactions in oil and gas, LNG, petrochemicals, power (including renewables), water, new energy technologies and major infrastructure projects. Anne also has experience advising on compliance and ESG aspects in the energy sector.
