Anne Li’s practice encompasses a broad spectrum of asset classes, including commercial, multifamily, industrial, renewable energy, infrastructure, and data center projects across the United States.
Anne is known for delivering practical, tailored advice to balance legal and commercial risks associated with her clients’ business objectives. She serves as a trusted adviser throughout the entire project lifecycle, guiding clients through site control, acquisition, development, financing, investments, construction, operations, and disposition.
Before entering the legal field, Anne worked in investment advisory and sales and trading, where she gained hands-on experience in financial research, operations, and compliance.
Anne is also committed to the San Francisco community, serving as the chair of the YMCA Chinatown Board, where she leads strategic initiatives to support low-income and immigrant families.
