Anna Stacey

Anna Stacey assists clients on IP, privacy, and commercial matters across industries, including healthcare, semiconductor, retail, media, entertainment, software, high-tech procurement, and cloud computing. She has structured, drafted, and negotiated complex and large-scale, provider-side outsourcing, licensing, manufacturing, and development agreements. She also has experience counseling clients launching novel products that incorporate AI, machine learning, non-fungible tokens, and other emerging technologies. 

In her pro bono work, Anna has assisted nonprofits focused on children's welfare and helped clients seek asylum in the United States.
