Introduction
Ann advises clients on a wide range of legal issues, including counseling emerging companies and industry leaders with a proactive and practical approach.
Ann McQuesten advises clients on significant business transactions, corporate governance, securities compliance, and general business counseling. She leads multidisciplinary teams to execute strategies for achieving clients' critical business objectives.
Ann works with clients to develop legal structure and compliance frameworks for their businesses, beginning with incorporation through all stages of growth. She guides companies and investors through equity and debt financing transactions, including seed-stage, angel, venture capital, and private equity investments. She also represents buyers and sellers in M&As, corporate reorganizations, and other liquidity events.
