She has experience in complex and high profile content and rights deals, digital rights, advertising, marketing, sponsorship, production and media regulation.

On the enforcement and defense side, Anita regularly advises and acts in trade mark, copyright, patent, consumer protection and breach of confidence disputes in the Copyright Tribunal and Federal Court of Australia.
