Andrew Pence represents emerging and established companies in transactions involving industries such as software and technology, healthcare, and manufacturing. He advises clients on M&A, venture capital investments, securities compliance, and corporate governance.
Andrew maintains an active pro bono practice, counseling small regional businesses and nonprofit organizations on corporate issues.
