Andrew Pence advises public and private companies, as well as private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies, on complex domestic and cross-border M&A transactions. Andrew is experienced in a wide range of industries, including technology, industrials, consumer products, healthcare, and business services.
Andrew maintains an active pro bono practice, counseling small regional businesses and nonprofit organizations on corporate issues.
