Andrew is a technology law authority advancing complex contracting, digital transformation and thought leadership, with a passion for people and culture.

Andrew Hilton has focused on technology law for over 20 years, concentrating on technology contracting, digital transformation, telecommunications, data and privacy.

Andrew acted for NBN Co in negotiating key agreements underpinning the National Broadband Network, and continued to advise on complex contractual relationships, strategy and technology over the subsequent decade (including five years on secondment).

Andrew moved into an expertise focused role in 2021, and now plays a key role in supporting our clients and our team through thought leadership, publications and current awareness.

Andrew brings a strong interest in mentoring, organizational culture, inclusion, diversity and wellbeing.
