Andrew strategically advises leading global companies in the technology and retail sectors on high-stakes matters that are critical to strategic objectives.
Andrew Grant advises public and private companies across all stages of growth on the structuring, drafting, and negotiation of strategic transactions that drive and protect enterprise value. His work includes advising structuring, drafting, and negotiating complex commercial and product development agreements, as well as IP licenses, acquisitions and divestitures, joint ventures, M&A and divestitures, and co-development agreements.
Andrew works with companies across the technology and retail sectors, including companies in the automotive and mobility, Hard Tech, special computing, media, sports, AI, and outdoor retail industries.
He is known for his practical business-minded advice and ability to help clients navigate issues that involve multiple specialists.
Active in the community, Andrew currently serves on the board of directors of the Evergreen Mountain Bike Alliance.

Counseled various interactive entertainment companies regarding laws related to virtual currency, including state “money transmitter” laws, federal anti-money laundering and “money service Business” laws, the Electronic Funds Transfer Act and Regulation E, escheat (unclaimed property), coupon, gift certificate and federal and state privacy and security laws, among others.

Represented Europe’s largest industrial manufacturing company end-to-end in its global launch of an innovative IoT offering and online data and equipment management offering; provided launch strategy advice, drafting consumer facing agreements, providing disclosure advice, coordinating privacy, security and product liability review and advice, and coordinated with foreign counsel to ensure a consistent, global approach.

Represented Superfeet Worldwide in its sale to Westward Partners.
