Employment

Dr. Andreas Mauroschat advises German and international clients on all ongoing employment, pension and benefits and data protection law questions. A focus of his work is complex data protection projects in an international environment, e.g. outsourcing of data processing operations and international data transfer concepts within corporate groups. Andreas conducts compliance investigations for clients on a regular basis, frequently in connection with fraud investigations or data breach situations. He also has long-standing experience in assisting with M&A transactions, in- and outsourcing and company restructuring under employment law.

Andreas advises clients from the financial industry on innovative compensation structures within a regulated environment. He has working experience in the USA and in the UK and regularly advises on multi-jurisdictional matters which require specific know-how regarding US and UK law.

Data protection

Andreas' team provides advice across all areas of ongoing and transactional new technologies and data protection law, having particular strength in advising corporations in complex data protection projects including outsourcing transactions and data privacy issues. The team is also well-versed in e-commerce-related issues and advises clients in connection with the development and implementation of new technologies.

Compliance

Andreas further focuses on advising corporate clients, management boards and supervisory boards on compliance and corporate governance matters and conducting internal investigations, including under employment and data protection law aspects.
