Amy L. Hough has more than 15 years of experience in e-discovery and litigation, focusing on complex discovery matters and serving clients in national security, the healthcare industry, and other highly regulated sectors.  

Amy has completed the Certified E-Discovery Specialist certification, demonstrating her commitment to industry best practices and broad experience in discovery management for clients across various industries.  

Amy’s practice encompasses all stages of discovery, including information governance, preservation, collection, review, and production. She has been seconded to the in-house counsel of a major healthcare client, where she played a key role in discovery strategy for a multidistrict litigation matter. She also served as national discovery counsel for a large retail client, advising on best practices and compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
