Alton Wilder has more than two decades of experience managing all phases of the eDiscovery life cycle, including antitrust, bankruptcy, employment, environmental, and product liability matters, as well as government contracts and investigations. Having worked with many federal and state agencies, corporate clients, and law firms, he has prepared custom solutions to meet challenging discovery needs. Alton has managed internal teams and client relationships.   

Alton consults with lawyers on eDiscovery matters by recommending technology solutions and techniques to target relevant data, creating streamlined, defensible, managed document reviews and conserving client costs. He brings a consultative approach with creative solutions, project management, e-discovery plans, data collection, and trial support. Alton also has post-settlement experience in mass torts, where he creates and performs quality control measures to ensure only eligible parties receive settlement funds.   

Alton has experience with various litigation and eDiscovery tools, including CaseMap, DISCO, Harvey,, iCONECT, Ipro, Relativity, TimeMap, TrialDirector, various generative AI tools, and VeraCrypt.
