Allie Brydell focuses her practice on private equity transactions, venture capital transactions, joint ventures, corporate governance matters, and commercial contracts.

Prior to joining the firm, Allie worked at a law firm in Chicago and represented private equity clients and their portfolio companies in middle-market transactions, primarily in the technology, manufacturing, and aerospace and defense industries.
