Alix Johnson's work experience includes structuring, drafting, and negotiating agreements related to matters such as IP rights, software as a service (SaaS), cloud computing, software licensing, data licensing, technology outsourcing, and the procurement of professional services.

With a particular interest in immigration, asylum, and minor child guardianship cases, Alix commits significant time to pro bono efforts.
