Introduction
Alin advises investment managers and alternative investment funds on corporate matters throughout the fundraising lifecycle.
Alin Toader represents investment managers and alternative investment funds—including hedge, private equity, and hybrid funds—on structuring, formation, ongoing operational needs, and regulatory and compliance matters.
Alin also counsels private fund managers across a range of investment strategies. He has experience structuring and negotiating strategic investments; advising on the structure and sale of investment management businesses; and structuring and negotiating joint ventures, co-investment vehicles, managed accounts, funds of one, and other strategic relationships.
