Introduction
What sets Alexis apart is her truly global perspective, having advised on infrastructure and energy matters across four continents ‒ from Australia to Asia, the Middle East and the United States.
Alexis practices primarily in the area of project delivery and project finance, with experience advising on large public private partnership (P3) projects and alternative delivery. Alexis works with lenders, sponsors and public authorities, with a particular focus on representing the owner side. Her experience includes a range of asset classes, from roads to airports, transit, social infrastructure and energy.
Based in our New York office, Alexis focuses on North American projects. Prior to joining the New York team, Alexis was based at Ashurst in Tokyo, Japan, where she worked in the international projects group advising on projects across Asia and the Middle East. Prior to Tokyo, Alexis worked in our office in Canberra, Australia in the projects sector.
Alexis' experience also includes a broad range of corporate matters, including advising on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and general corporate governance, for infrastructure and energy entities and portfolios.
Alexis is admitted to the New York State Bar and the Supreme Court of the Australian Capital Territory.

- Georgia Department of Transportation | Advised on the hybrid procurement of the I-285 East Express Lanes P3 project, Atlanta, a multi-phase project to transform the interstate in a fast-growing and highly congested major American city.
- North Carolina Department of Transportation | Advised on the procurement of the I-South Express Lanes P3 project, a complex road project in a vital corridor connecting North Carolina to communities across the South Carolina state border.
- Georgia Department of Transportation | Advised on the procurement of the SR 400 Express Lanes P3 project, Atlanta, the first public private partnership of its kind in Georgia, which garnered a $4bn concession fee to the state.
- Georgia Department of Transportation | Advised on the Georgia Statewide Broadband P3, to use Interstate right of way to bring fiber to communities across Georgia.
- Georgia Department of Transportation | Advised on the state-wide Electric Vehicle Infrastructure Program to deliver electric vehicle charging stations to regional and rural communities across the state of Georgia.
- The Public Private Partnership Authority of Bangladesh and the Roads & Highways Department of Bangladesh (in conjunction with the Asian Development Bank) | Advised on the structuring, implementation and procurement of the Rampura-Amulia-Demra Road PPP project.
- The Public Private Partnership Authority of Bangladesh and the Roads & Highways Department of Bangladesh (in conjunction with the Asian Development Bank) | Advised on the implementation and procurement of the Dhaka By-pass Toll Road PPP project.
