Introduction
Allie advises clients on buy- and sell-side M&A transactions across a range of industries.
Allie Glover advises business owners and private companies through a variety of M&A transactions and combinations, guiding clients through the entire deal process. She routinely prepares and reviews diligence materials, coordinates with transaction and business teams, and drafts and negotiates transaction documents. Allie also advises clients regarding corporate governance and other corporate matters.
Prior to joining the firm, Allie represented clients across several sectors and regularly served as the lead associate for multimillion-dollar transactions.
