Alex counsels clients on estate planning and trust and estate administration.

Alex Hurt advises on a wide range of matters including tax planning, wealth succession and preservation strategies, and multigenerational wealth transfers. He also helps clients with asset protection, charitable giving, and general business and business succession planning. 

Alex has experience in planning for clients' personal needs and advising clients on their fiduciary capacities. He represents clients in probate proceedings and trust administration and resolves estate and trust disputes.  

Alex travels the country and speaks on the importance of estate planning, tax planning, and asset protection.
