Professional Experience

Advising transport authority on European Train Control System (ETCS) digital signaling program and the associated Digital Radio System Project, which will transition the rail communications to the Future Railway Mobile Communication System (FRMCS).
Advising state owned company on the procurement of a delivery partner for a major pumped hydro energy storage project.
Advising bidding consortium on a PPP in respect of a the operation and maintenance under of a new commuter railway line under a vertically integrated model in the Philippines.
Advised transport authority on PPP for the design, build, financing and maintenance of a new passenger rolling stock fleet and associated depot facilities.
Advised infrastructure fund managers on acquisitions and greenfield developments of various PPP and core-plus assets.
Advising transport authority on multiple tunnelling, stations, track, systems, signaling, rolling stock and other packages under fixed price D&C and DBOM models as well as alliancing and incentivized target cost contracts.
Advising superannuation fund on the development of a new intermodal terminal.
Advising transport authority on contract for the operation and maintenance of rail network spanning c. 8000 kms under a vertically integrated model.
Advised transport authority on procurement of 17 bus operating contracts and rail operating contract for metropolitan network. Also advised on the procurement of a new fleet of battery electric trains.
