Alastair advises on investment funds tax.
Alastair Ladkin is a partner in the tax department in London and has over 20 year's experience advising on all tax aspects of investment funds. This includes structuring fund vehicles, investment holding platforms, carried interest arrangements and management vehicles. Alastair advises across the assets classes (including private equity, debt, infrastructure and real estate) and jurisdictions (including the UK, the US, Luxembourg and the Channel Islands).
Alastair also advises investors on the tax implications of their fund investments and has a particular focus on structuring management incentives.
