Adrianne works with teams across practice areas to conduct and manage corporate due diligence and commercial contract reviews.
Adrianne Sturm researches developing employment regulation and reviews marketing and development material for trademark, legal, and other issues. She has worked on multiple on-site secondments for a multinational technology company, where she performed contract reviews and managed corporate governance projects related to entity formation, internal mergers, and entity dissolution.
Adrianne began at Ashurst Perkins Coie as a review lawyer in the NewLaw practice and continues to support the firm in areas of discovery, privilege, and deposition preparation. She is an efficient researcher who understands case strategy, identifies key information in databases, and provides in-depth analysis.
Through the firm's pro bono program, Adrianne has partnered with a firm client to assist an individual with a visa application.
