Adam has broad-ranging experience advising on city-shaping major transport and other infrastructure projects.
Adam Skibsted has broad-ranging experience advising on infrastructure projects in the Middle East, Australia and the UK, including project structuring, procurement and funding strategies and implementation, contract drafting and negotiation, contract administration, restructuring of distressed projects/managed exits and disputes.
Adam has acted for various industry participants including governments, sponsors/developers, contractors, financiers, consultants and other corporations in the transport, residential, utilities, manufacturing, energy, healthcare and defense sectors.
Adam has advised on a variety of contract models and structures including PPPs, DBOM, Alliance models and design and build contracts under fixed price and reimbursable target cost models.
