Adam supports clients in investigations and complex disputes with strategic document review and thorough analysis.
Adam Sindelar has experience in a wide variety of matters including antitrust, class action, consumer protection, trade secret claims, employment law, patent infringement, contract disputes, and Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act matters. He reviews documents and performs privilege and quality control analysis in a wide range of cases. Adam drafts issue papers based on critical information to support trial preparation and inform case strategy. He also designs complex and custom searches for efficient and targeted review of key data, along with developing case tracking analysis databases in preparation for depositions and trials. He spent more than one year working directly alongside a client at a secondment focused on law enforcement response, where he handled urgent and sensitive requests, onboarded new team members, and developed extensive training materials.
