Abby Bloetscher represents clients throughout the construction industry in resolving construction disputes and helps counsel clients on complex issues across the United States. She has prosecuted and defended a broad range of construction claims in court and alternate dispute resolution on issues such as construction delays and disruption, design defect disputes, mechanics liens, and payment claims.
Abby is a trial lawyer who has dedicated a substantial amount of her practice to both bench and jury trials. Her notable achievements include securing a unanimous jury verdict on all counts after a two-month jury trial in Los Angeles County and securing one of the largest prompt payment awards in California history in state court. She also has successfully represented clients in real estate disputes involving commercial leases, partnership, and corporate governance issues.
