FDA and USDA Compliance: Insights for Food Tech Innovations
Attendees joined us for an introduction into the world of food tech innovations from an FDA and USDA regulatory perspective. During this session, we covered innovations ranging from precision fermentation and cultivated (lab-grown) meat to molecular farming. Our food regulatory chair provided timely insights into recent and anticipated developments at both the FDA and USDA in light of Trump administration priorities, including President Trump’s newly-established Make America Healthy Again Commission.
