    Michael Sharkey of Perkins Coie will speak on a panel entitled “Environmental Insurance Trends: What Every Professional Should Know”  presented by the Federal Bar Association’s Environment, Energy and Natural Resources section.

    This program will provide attendees with a foundational understanding of environmental insurance coverage, including pollution exclusions in commercial policies, specialty environmental products for industries like offshore wind, and emerging issues such as PFAS contamination and greenwashing litigation.
