Drafting Compensation Documents

Alt

Julie Lucht will be speaking at the 28th Annual Labor & Employment Law Conference on the topic, "Drafting Compensation Documents."

Labor and Employment law continues to quickly evolve, with the emergence of very different standards between various states and the federal government. These challenges affect every business and pose particular challenges for multi-state employers.

This program strives to examine and understand changes occurring in employment law, from U.S. Supreme Court decisions to recent legislative changes. The program is broad, covering wage and hour and other compensation issues, discrimination, leave and accommodation law, workplace harassment and retaliation, and other timely topics. It also devotes some time to practical advice, such as having a recently retired jurist give you tips. Additionally, we make sure attorneys get required ethics credits!

Join us for a two-day seminar on the latest Labor and Employment law trends and updates, presented by some of Washington’s top practitioners in the field.
