Changing the Channel? Examining the State of the Robinson-Patman Act and European Price Discrimination Law

    With conflicting signals from the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) on the Robinson-Patman Act (RPA) and changes to the European and UK Vertical Block Exemption Regulation and Order regarding dual distribution and pricing strategies, businesses were advised to proactively analyze their pricing policies to manage antitrust risk.
