Programa de Prácticas de Grado/Undergraduate Internship Program

Our undergraduate internship program offers students in their final year of their Bachelor or Double Bachelor of Laws a four-month-long experience working in a global law firm and getting to know what it's like being a lawyer. You will have hands-on access to real legal matters, working closely with lawyers and partners while experiencing our unique, diverse and inclusive culture.

We have two intakes annually, one from February to May (opens in November each year), and one from September to January (opens in March each year).

You will have the opportunity to join and become part of one of the following teams: Corporate Transactions; Dispute Resolution; Global Loans; or Real Estate.

Real working experience

We provide you with a real experience of what it's like to be a lawyer at Ashurst Perkins Coie. You'll have the opportunity to work on current legal matters with lawyers, partners and clients on a daily basis.

Learning & Development

We provide in-depth training on a weekly basis with our Expertise lawyers to help you gain confidence and improve your technical, written and verbal skills.

The recruitment process

You will be required to submit a short application, including uploading your CV, most-recent academic transcripts and a short cover letter to give us an understanding of who you are and why you're interested in our role.

You are welcome to write your application in either English or Spanish.

You will meet face to face with a member of our People & Culture team for a conversational interview that is designed to learn more about you, your experiences, and what you can bring to the team.

It’s also an opportunity for you to find out more about us, so please come prepared with your questions.

Following your face-to-face interview you will be required to complete a written English-language assessment. You'll be given a general, non-legal topic or question and will need to write a short essay to assess your English comprehension, analysis and writing skills.
