The recruitment process
We look for master's (M1 or M2) students who have:
- A desire to work in a global environment
- A team-focused attitude
- An understanding of the overall economy
- A good command of English
- A business school background, or international experience (whether professional or academic—we value both)
You'll be asked to upload your CV and an academic transcript, as well as complete several short-answer questions. The application lets you showcase your talent by sharing why you want to be a lawyer at Ashurst Perkins Coie. You are welcome to apply in English or French.
You will meet face-to-face with partners, lawyers, and members of our people and culture team for an interview designed to assess your personal and technical skills. We ask competency-based questions to reveal evidence of the behaviors we value at Ashurst Perkins Coie. It’s also an opportunity for you to find out more about us, so please prepare some questions.
We are flexible on the timing of your internship.
