Introduction
Nick brings deep cross-border leveraged finance experience across all levels of the capital structure advising both borrower and lender side clients in the middle market.
Nick Jupp is a partner in our Global Loans and Global Markets team in London. Nick advises private equity sponsors, private credit funds and banks on complex, cross-border leveraged finance and capital solutions transactions in the middle market. He supports clients throughout the loan lifecycle, from inception through to amendments, stressed and distressed situations and full debt restructurings. Nick has additional experience in pre-EBITDA financings.
