Zoe is a counsel in our corporate transactions practice
Zoe Leyland has close to 15 years’ experience in mergers & acquisitions and general corporate law. Zoe's experience includes working with various clients on control transactions, demergers, complex private M&A transactions, corporate governance, and strategic advice across a range of sectors, including energy & resources and financial services.
Prior to joining Ashurst Perkins Coie, Zoe worked in the Melbourne office of an international law firm.
